Avaliação da contribuiçãoOur family gathered here to celebrate my father's 100th birthday and everything was perfect! The location, facilities, staff, food, etc. were all excellent. I want to thank the dining room staff, Marianne, Maria, and Jacqueline, for making everything so special. Nathan at the reception went above and beyond to help with a room reservation issue. This will be a memory our family will always cherish!
We stayed at an Airbnb next door, so I can't speak for the hotel itself, but we dined at the restaurant twice in less than 24 hours and everything - the food, drinks, service, and atmosphere - was amazing! We can't wait to go back!
My wife and I had a wonderful time at The Breakers. The hotel, beach, and city were all fantastic, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Typically, I find hotel restaurants to be average, but The Breakers restaurant was outstanding. Spring Lake is now our favorite beach town.
We had a great experience in this beautiful hotel on the sea! the room was perfect with sea view from the second floor. the rooms were clean daily with housekeeping service. every day there are many towels and care products. the personal was so friendly and accommodating. eating was absolutely delicious with the service top notch. we had an breakfast, lunch on two afternoons and dinners on Sunday evening. Compliments at the chef for delicious dishes! Our dinner was not only enjoyable, but the prepared dishes were made unique with much love. the personal was attentive to all our needs and so pleasant. we can't wait for our next visit! highly recommended, without hesitation. thanks for making our experience at the breaker very unforgettable?
So far my experience has not been good. Regarding customer service only 1 of the 3 people I have had to speak to have been polite and helpful. My first call when I reserved the room the representative was almost combative when I said that the wedding party stated on their invitation that the hotel would accommodate a one-night stay because its a one day event. She disagreed entirely and told me it wasn't possible. But then she was able to book me for a room for one night, so i dont know why she was upset with me for stating such. And she gave me a more expensive room because i talked about this with a friend that also booked there and her room was about $100 less than mine (i did book before her, so i would think i would have more options, it is entirely possible that at the time this was the only available room, but the attitude of the rep makes me think she booked me in the more expensive room purposefully). Very antiquated that you have to send a check via mail to reserve a room, even after they take card information over the phone. Website is not very helpful, and I called ahead to see if they provide irons or steamers and I got a short no, the person who answered seemed annoyed that I asked but most hotels I go to provide them? I always check beforehand because I don't want to be wrinkled! I will update when we complete our stay.
