Boston Market - Springfield

I absolutely adore the sweet potatoes topped with marshmallows that I had alongside vegetables, roast chicken, and cornbread. The restaurant offers catering for all types of occasions, including family meals and single orders. In addition to their delicious main dishes, they also offer a variety of desserts such as brownies, cookies, and apple pie. Both lunch and dinner are served with good prices and quick service. The restaurant is clean with plenty of parking available.

It was good! have chicken comb (aarp $10). was delicious! men especially the cute girl in register were excellent! satisfied and will be back! should eat dishes for in the house.

This is for boston market in springfield mass. it should be closed at 10 o'clock. I was there after 20:30. I went through the drive thru the author was still little to see what I had to order or the prices. the girl in the register said there were no more food, but 2 slices of meat and a few slices of truthahn. And I could only order 2 dinners because they had no more eating! I had to drive through the city to feed a family of four. the girl in the register was not new because I asked her because she didn't know what she was doing. I had to help her. Although she was a nice girl, but had no idea what she did. I am eating from the little piece I paid for, disgusted and that it was not fresh and for the fact that there was no more food when considering that it was closed at 10 o'clock. that is not the way they operate a device! I asked about a menu and she said they had none and the prices were not updated. I don't understand why there was no food anymore or why they didn't make it and just let it go out, and why their employees aren't trained properly. she didn't even know how to make changes or count when the register says what to return. I had to tell her that she forgot to give me the xtra page I ordered. I'm glad I checked before leaving. So I have to cook because there is not enough food to feed my family, and this is the whole reason I went there. they do not want to lose their customers. they'll get it together, or they'll lose a lot of them.

Arrived in the restaurant looks abandoned and dirty parking with müll big potholes and unkeep weeds. on the door looked like the hired ones were in, but no one came to the door. I wanted to go in, but not answer. this place should be closed and closed!

This place has been really downhill since the pandemic. today I ordered a chicken carver sandwich. the guy who did it looked like he didn't want to be there. it took him like 10 minutes to make that sandwich and all that was on it were 3 small pieces huh. no cheese, salad, swirl or anything else. the brote was rocky. what a break. not worth the money. I could make a better sandwich home. I've always loved to go here, but I think I'm staying with the one in albany. the service was terrible
