Avaliação da contribuiçãoFor a small chipolte they know how to make their customers happy. I can't swirl to have a seperate bag of tomato opened just so I could have something. I appreciate the employees who go beyond and beyond to meet the requirements of their customers. that was amazing.
Save them a little time and go down to the campbell site. much better. this place is filthy. they serve them very small portions, always from certain things, there is always a kind of problem. they barely give them meat and double-load them.
An absolute joke!Out of half of the offerings, yet want to charge extra for the few things they are not out of.Stood in the line for 15 minutes while they make online orders, meanwhile my half made order is getting cold, this process needs to change.Employees walking around joking with each other while the line is 10 people deep.Very disappointing experience.
Placed a mobile pickup order today 12/9/21.Got home to discover my order was completely wrong. No salsa. No cheese. No sour cream. No veggies. But I did get lettuce which I didn’t order. Not only is it not what I ordered but look at this serving size.. tiny even though I ordered extra on the rice. Safe to say I’m done wasting money here. Stay far away from this Chipotle, it needs help.
Chipotle from national is terrible. I've been there twice last year and won't go back! they are barely busy, but still a simple burrito mess. they are always made of rice or meat or sweet, always something. the chef is really mouthful for everyone and distracts the staff of the front line. they can say there is tension as soon as they go to order line. they would get better after at least 6 months, but this place will not change. I'm going to another place.
