Panjabi Tadka - Springfield

Best Indian food in western ma. I've been to many others and they're always too salty. they are just layers of tasty. diving is also great, so it's lunch!

Food is always hot and FRESH. The naan was my favorite but don't let my obsession of bread distract you from the delicate and exquisite flavors of the other dishes served. I would also like to note, they're lamb is NEVER dry. I sometimes have a hard time finding ppl that can properly prepare it and Panjabi NAILED it.

Staying in the area for a couple of days, we asked for a dinner recommendation from the hotel clerk. We ordered and it was delivered promptly, fresh, hot and delicious! It was soooo good everyone loved the dishes they ordered.

I have ordered take out from here numerous times and have never been disappointed. Went to dinner here the other night for a sit down dinner. It was phenomenal. A small quiet restaurant. Even for a Friday night. The food was excellent and the service was great. Will definitely be coming back.

What a gem of a place a great find! This family run restaurant brings authentic Indian food the warmth of hospitality. Malkitji Harsh are bringing the deliciousness of Punjabi cuisine to Massachusetts! We look forward to returning again!
