Avaliação da contribuiçãoAlthough the restaurant had a beautiful atmosphere, there was a lack of staff in the service, resulting in a long wait to be seated and served. Two out of four people in our party ordered the sirloin steak, which was disappointing for the price of $20. The portion included only a handful of fries and the steak itself, without any garnish. The quality of the meat was also subpar, with a significant amount of gristle. The fries were not crispy, but rather greasy. I believe there are other establishments that provide better value for the money paid and offer higher quality meals.
I had a delicious burger that was flame-grilled to perfection. I would definitely recommend it. The service was quick and the restaurant itself was fantastic.
This is one of the best restaurants in st albans. we have eaten there several times. the food is so delicious, the personal is friendly and provide a great service, very polite and professional. the ambiente des restaurants is excellent, in an amazing historical building. we can't blame. also on the menu there is a large selection.
When I go to lunch in st albans, I usually use the cafe rouge. it is a unique place with a great local history. greeting, service and eating were always excellent. I find it good for money whether I have the set menu or a la carte.
Good food and charming waitress, who was on her own. Why does Cafe Rouge not employ more staff?
