Avaliação da contribuiçãoWe enjoyed our dinner at Braxton's. Service by Anna was excellent, and very attentive/helpful. Anna was nearby if we needed her, and she checked in with us regularly. The food was done to perfection. The atmosphere was overall very relaxing. Drinks also were good. We really could not find one thing to complain about! Looking forward to returning soon.
I have Celiac disease, the servers were knowledgeable and the kitchen staff took it seriously. The food was delicious, service was prompt, but also gave you plenty of time for us so that we could soak in the ambience.
It was awesome has usually good very friendly staff so polite to be our going to place, cant wait to go back
This restaurant is hit or miss. This time was a miss. The food was good, but not great (all 4 of us were in the same boat), we waited over 10 minutes for our first round of drinks, then our second order took over 15 minutes.
We booked the Reconnect package for two nights and ate at the Braxton for two dinners and two breakfasts. The service was good except for the gentleman who served us the first evening. He was not helpful with the menu and did not smile. He did not appear to want to be there. The rest of the servers were pleasant and helpful. One of our party had the valentine special and found it to be really good. The remaining meals were mediocre. We ordered a Swiss cheese mushroom burger and had to request mushrooms and cheese. The gluten free bread was not enjoyable. Gluten free menu was limited. The windows in the French door needed to be cleaned. When sun shone on them you could barely see through them. Wish the restaurant was as enjoyable of an experience as the hotel.
