A&w - St. Andrew's Parish

This A&W is close to work so i'm usually here if i'm craving some fresh burgers and onion rings. Teen burger here was on point. Good veggies and good seasoned patty. Onion rings upgrade from regular fries is always worth it. It's like getting fries supreme at Taco Bell. A must buy. Also a must buy for any A&W when you dine in is root beer in a chilled mug. Compared to other fast food place, A&W takes it to another level for quality of food and service.<br/ <br/ This location is pretty fast and friendly. I don't usually write fast food reviews but when there's an outstanding one (good or bad , i'd like to point it out.  Well, as we know, most A&W's are pretty competent (maybe except the southgate one but that's for another day , but this one does chubby chicken like it's nobody's business.  The staff gives a strict 15 minute warning on wait time because they are freshly deep-frying my chicken to serve.  They aren't just cooked in big batches and sitting there for people to order them.  No, they were done with care and love like I've never seen before.  It was so fresh, crispy, not oily, well-seasoned, flavourful, competent, and well-rounded, that I compare it to the likes of Popeyes (my fav , competent Mary Brown locations like Oliver, and Coco Fried Chicken.  It is that good.  I almost don't want to go to any other location for chubby chicken for fear that they'd ruin it.  Props to all the staff doing such a great job here.  This is an awesome location providing nice views of the Kingsway area and the restaurant is clean and quiet.  Simply mind-blowing for an A&W!  Last but not least, I used $16.99 coupon to get 10 pieces of chicken.  Check your mailbox for coupons :

A standard and no what you are going to get Arnold and Wilber's fast food restaurant. Staff are friendly and the burgers are ready fast. Root beer is cold and the onions rings are hot. Overall it's lunch on a hurry.
