Tim Hortons - St. Andrew's Parish

Regrettably, my experience at Tim Hortons was marred by subpar service and coffee. The staff on duty that day were difficult to deal with, and I am disheartened by the overall encounter. Unfortunately, I have decided not to return to this location.

This is the second time this week that I ordered a sausage and egg biscuit but without the sausage. Both orders were for the same meal. they seem to be messing up our order, hopefully it’s not intentional… so upsetting as we have been going at this location for a while now and this happened twice in a week…..just hard to dispute this as both orders were through the drive-thru.

Coffee wasn't hot just luk warm wasn't happy and food was cold. But most times usually

Went through the drive through ordered an earl gray tea they put it on the screen as an original blend then i said it was an earl gray not an original blend they said yea they know and i ordered a plain bagel with plain cream cheese but with half the normal amount of cream cheese they gave me a bagel that was buttered and a slice of cheese on it

Service was very slow and hot chocolate was watery.
