Subway - St. Charles

I made my first purchase via Mobile. When I went to pick up my food, the staff had my order ready at the precise time they estimated. The staff was incredibly friendly. And the best part is, when I customized my sandwich, I did it in a way that I ended up overpaying for my arrangement of toppings. So the staff was kind enough not only to give me pointers on how to order the same sandwich again for cheaper, but to make up for what I overpaid, they gave me a box of cookies. Very sweet people. Above and beyond service.

My kids wanted to go in and order and pay on their own for some 'real-world ' experience. They had a great experience and commented on how very kind and patient the manager and other staff were. Thank you!

My online order sandwich was messed up by one of the newer team members and they were extremely apologetic, made me a new sandwich, and let me get chips and a drink for the trouble of driving around. Always a pleasure picking my orders up from this location
