Acero - St. Louis

If you're in St Louis and you don't stop here, you've dun messed up! The evening started by being greeted by 3 lovely hostesses and introduced to my server Jake. They were all amazing at their job and tremendously pleasant to be around. Jake suggested my entire meal and suffice it to say, nothing disappointed. I started with a seafood bouillabaisse which was nothing short of magnificent. Then what was brought to my table was what I could only describe as the freshest most delicious heated beignet wrapped in prosciutto I've ever had. Then a melon salad consisting of watermelon, cantaloupe and Crenshaw melon with thinly sliced ricotta salata was the best thing I've eaten since 2020. Then Jake brought linguini alla Vongole and the melted leeks, clams and wine mixed perfectly with al dente linguini. The main meal of seared sea scallops and ribeye was divine. Would I recommend this place? No. I'd insist on this place.

Harris is the most amazing server..we enjoy every moment of our time at Acero. The food is exceptional in every way . Everyone ordered different dishes and gave them an A+!!

Hands down the BEST meal I've had in recently memory. The Chicken Milanese was unreal how good it was. Excellent service to top it off. Came here for a date night and I couldn't recommend Acero more!

This is quickly becoming my wife and I’s favorite Italian restaurant. Absolutely amazing food, wonderful and very friendly service, and perfect background ambiance. We’ll be back for our anniversary. If not sold out, very highly recommend the seven course tasting menu.
