Tried the bull’s eye and it was just too heavy for me, but nice service and cozy indoor seatings
Peep... this restaurant has a unique design that is evident upon entering. The way they pair their seasonings and sauces is carefully planned and I found myself really appreciating the combinations. I travel frequently and have had some terrible calzones in the past. However, this place got it right and exceeded my expectations. I came in expecting disappointment but was pleasantly surprised by the good service, food, and atmosphere. Unfortunately, I have already finished my meal so I can't show you how visually appealing it was, but it was definitely a generous portion for one person. I ordered the Costanza and would recommend it for those who want a classic calzone option. Also, don't forget to order the Chipotle ranch sauce.
I recently tried Meat Me in St. Louis and had the best calzone ever! The dough was soft, the meat was flavorful, and the cheese was perfect. The side sauce was meaty and the perfect accompaniment. I highly recommend making a stop here. I'll definitely be back!
They know how to make a solid calzone- I recommend the Magic Carpet and a side of BBQ sauce.
