Wow. Let me start by saying I’ve never once left a bad review before but this McDonald’s baffled me. Stopped at this McDonald’s on a family road trip only to walk in and notice no one waiting at the counter to take our order although around 20 employees were in the back talking. After a while, we payed at the kiosk and we got 3 drinks and 2 fries. The fries came out and they told us to wait a few minutes for our food. After around 10 minutes, the young woman with red hair came and asked me if I was still waiting on drinks. I said yes and she said she would go make them. After around 10 more minutes, the same woman came back with one iced coffee and a hot coffee (I ordered a frappe). I politely explained to her that I ordered a frappe, not a hot coffee and she began to argue with me and tell me I was wrong. I told her it was fine (just wanting to leave at this point) and told her just to get me the Coke that we ordered or at least a cup so I could do it myself and she said okay, picked up a cup, walked away and put the cup up. She glared at me and I waited a few minutes before walking out. Don’t waste your time at this store.
Very poor front of house treatment. Rude and disinterested. Two older people who came in after me were ignored for about 10 15 minutes while the cashier went out front and visited with friends.
This morning I had ordered a big amount of food for my family of 5. We were on our way out of town and the service her was below standard. The morning manager on shift was incompetent. After waiting for close to 30 min, I asked where our food was. After a few minutes I was informed they had run out of biscuits. Instead of informing us and asking if we wanted to substitute, our food was just left under the warmer. I had asked to speak to the manager, which she sent an employee to talk to me and brushed me off. I recommend you put a manager there that believes in customer service. I would like to say that Renee did a great job handling the situation. I kept reassuring her the issue was not her fault. You could tell she was flustered with the situation. I will not be recommending this location to anyone or returning unless the customer service changes. I had to ask for a refund and take my kids elsewhere to get breakfast before our trip.V/RDisgruntled Customer
I just left there and yall weird for giving me cold fries oms . I got a caramel iced coffee , no caramel nd it tastes like black coffee , ought too be ashamed giving me this nasty junk .
