She took our orders promptly and ensured we were well taken care of. She even kept us updated on the status of my friend's toast, which was running late. This level of service was a pleasant surprise, as we had experienced inconsistency at other establishments. Overall, she provided the best service out of all the restaurants we visited in St. Petersburg.
I had breakfast with my teenage son on 7/8/21. Denise was incredibly sweet and our breakfast was served very quickly. It was not like the usual IHOP experience. The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly, and the service was fast. Denise really helped us start our day of exploring on a positive note.
The customer service at this restaurant is exceptional! Typically, these types of establishments can be a bit chilly, and I had forgotten to bring a blanket to cover my shoulders. However, the waitress quickly offered to adjust the air conditioning for us, which was very helpful and kind. Due to Covid, the restaurant has installed clear dividers between tables and serves everything in individual packaging. I ordered the home-style steak and, as usual, it was delicious. In conclusion, this restaurant has a fantastic team, and I thoroughly enjoy having breakfast here on weekend mornings.
Simply excellent service and food; top 10 breakfast ever. The restaurant was very busy, but you'd never know it. This IHOP is run like a fine tuned engine!
Denise is phenomenal and we recommend requesting her when you go. However the GM, Nicole, is epitome of bad management. Rude to guest and to co-workers in front of guest. I would re-evaluate the GM placed at the 5001 Gulf Blvd, St Pete Beach, FL 33706 location if the restaurant wants to continue to be successful.
