Arby's - St. Petersburg

I visited this restaurant after work and was pleasantly surprised by the very cheerful and friendly voice I heard at the drive-thru speaker. This employee's customer service was exceptional, earning a solid 5 stars in my book. Though I can't recall her first name, her last name was Owens. It was a refreshing change from the usual fast food experience, as she went above and beyond to make my visit enjoyable. She was incredibly friendly, articulate, and efficient, truly making my night. I wanted to give her special recognition in this review because not all fast food employees provide the level of service she did.

I have frequented this establishment on numerous occasions and have always had a positive experience. The staff is welcoming and attentive, and the food is delicious. I particularly enjoy the roast beef sandwich, Reuben, French dip, jalapeño bites, and the orange cream shake.

I had a fantastic time at this restaurant. Despite being understaffed and busy, everyone remained professional and the food was served promptly and accurately. Monica provided excellent service with a smile. Thank you to the Arbys team for a great experience.

Food came out fast and cashier was friendly but our sandwiches were a mess. Sauce all over and meet on only half of the bun. Love Arby's so we will be going back but not as good as it used to be.

Every time I go here, eating is fresh, made right and the staff is very nice! but I'm sad that they don't sell carte cake anymore?
