Arby's - St. Petersburg

I revisited this restaurant the other day it went through the drive-thru and waited when I got up to my turn they said we're not serving roast beef today. The sign says Arby's roast beef. I tried to ask the lady why she was quite curved so I left. I getsupplied problems but maybe if the lines long go out there and tell people sit and wait for no reason and try not to have a badattitude I wasn't rude y'all

Nothing beats a classic Roast Beef Sandwich! I also love their Mozzarella Sticks and for the first time in a while my order was cooked perfectly...not under or over cooked...and I got all that stretchy cheesy goodness you expect!

I don?t like the fact that I have been to this location twice now, and both times were after 10 pm and my food was ice cold, my fries were cardboard hard and cold like really. If you close at 11pm CLOSE AT 11pm do not do that to people when they spendtheir hard earned money times are too hard. I don?t like it and I don?t appreciate it at all. If I was driving I would havedefinitely went back to get my money back. I won?t put the cashier name out but the next time you work til 11 make sure if youtake a order you make the order HOTTTT!!!! Closing is 11pm not 10:17 per receipt.

Workers were pleasant. This review is strictly about the food I ordered. I tried the new prime rib cheese steak. I dined in btw. Sandwich was quite wet, hardly any meat at all mostly veggies, very sour taste, almost like a vinegar, quality of meat washorrible, highly doubt it was prime rib.Roll was mushy too. I got curly fries with it. They were like potato chips, crispy overcooked like they were sitting around not fresh at all. I was there around 2pm btw. Washed this down with a DrP. Wasn?t satisfiedwith the $11 meal I ordered so I ordered more food, this time I tried 4 pc PREMIUM nuggets and a cookie. Cookie was good as Iexpected but the PREMIUM NUGGETS?I bit into one and spit out right away. Here?s a pic of their PREMIUM NUGGETS. I probably willghost Arbys for about 6-12 mos. My advice, stick to what u know when u order, don?t try new things as this can happen to u aswell. $14 down the drain for lunch today.

Don't get me wrong, I love arbys, but I probably won't return to this specific location. I found hard plastic bits in my food, it hurt my teeth to crunch down into it. I'm not sure what happened for plastic bits to end up in my food, but that's a serioushazard. I hope they find the source of this issue and sort that out quickly.
