Salvatore's Old Fashioned Pizzeria

We were regular customers for weekly home delivery, both pizza and subs. Our last order was for Chicken Parmesan subs. Our food took about an hour to arrive, a little slow but not shocking. The problem? The sandwich was bone dry, with no sauce!!, and modest amount of cheese. The tenders were so overcooked they were dark brown! Since when does parm ' not have any tomato sauce? Gross. Total lack of effort, they have lost the ability to do even the basics at our location. Switching to competitor. Keep your burned, sauceless chicken parm no thanks!

Flies all over the pizza slices!! Will not make new slices and I’m buying 2. Stated pizza was made over a hour ago and since there’s 3 slices not making a new pizza. I had to travel to another location when this location is in my vicinity. Yep ima need to find a new place!! Jefferson road in Henrietta is way cleaner and quality of food and presentation is what you want go there or to irondequoit all the Greece location are dirty and pizza slices are cold all the time!!

The worst store poor customer service you spend your money they give you anything have attitude problems

I wouldn't eat at this location if it was the last pizza place on earth! Overpriced terrible customer service! The owners son is an embarrassment, this franchise location needs to be under review! This gas station pizza location needs a change of hands!

The Franchisee’s son harasses and attempts to assault customers. He desperately wanted to come around the counter to attack the customer but fortunately the very tough man was held back against his will by a female family member and was unable to get to the customer. All because a customer thought a slice of pizza for $7+ was expensive. Perri’s slices are larger and $4.95. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
