KFC - Stanton

If I could give zero stars, I would. my son is homeless in California. he just started a great new job and because he was not yet paid, he called and asked me to eat something in his lunch break. I ordered him a meal through the app, received my confirmation of receipt and confirmation email. he drove his bike from the work to pick up his order, but the cashier told him that they didn't get the job and was quite rude for him. He has a very friendly heart and wanted to let it go, but I called and asked to speak with the manager. a type is on the phone that claims to be the manager, but refused to give me his name or the name of his regional manager and told me that there is nothing he could do and that I would have to find out any contact information on my own. he was very rude, not helpful and unstoppable. my son went back to work without eating anything until later in the night when he came out of work and could get food from mcdonald’s that I had ordered for him. As long as I live, I'll never do any kfc business.

We met with friends at this place for a meeting. my friend recommended this place. we were not disappointed. the employees were so friendly and we felt excellent. eating was just great. we loved this place very and we will definitely return to this restaurant. keep it up.

The service at the theke was best mediocre and eating is something of the worst I got from kfc. fries have no spices and are soggy and the spicy chicken sandwich is the same. even hardly any kind of sauce on the sandwich.

Wife picked up a bucket last night. She came home complaining about the way she was treated. In addition to a professional job , she actually volunteers at a temple nearby and serves the community no less than 20 hrs every weekend. She understands the job. I never heard her so insulted and put off . I would add the chicken looked and tasted like it was old as well as made the day before and 90 crust, tasteles and stale. Not what we have enjoyed At other KFC RESTURANTS. Needless to say well will not go back to that one..

Dishonest cashiers. I always get back less changes. This had happened so many times. Happened again today 8/25/21 2:50 pm. Not coming back.
