Al Gallo Nero - Starnberg

Looking for good food, here stopped and hoped that it tastes like normal at Italians. Lasagne and pizza ordered, big water and beer. Having received 1 liter of water, actually wanted to give 0.5 with also 0.25, but the waiter said “You have ordered large water ” and just put on the table and left....So much of “Friendliness ”. The lasagna were still cold from the inside, pizza tasteless. The whole staff is so focused on tips that I don't even know about gastronomy. Because the waiter of us got 1 € tip, probably too little, not even say goodbye. The whole staff has no idea about gastronomy and kindness, but great expectations about tipping. I can't tell everyone about this restaurant. Not even 1 star!!!!

Was there with bicycle clothing after a bike tour and was insulted and thrown out by the boss in the worst way!

Never experienced such a bad service... The water went halfway while injecting, the order took forever and it was forgotten a part. The service has been equipped with the elbow to cut my head, to clean plates of other guests were put on our table at times, the food was put with us without cutlery and supplement, so that we sat 15 minutes before eating without being able to start... I don't find such things bad (can happen once), but the accumulation left us a strongly negative feeling. Meanwhile, a giant regular guests were served by the boss in the neighboring table. On request, the operator said that due to illnesses, the tables were very unfavorable and this is an insane stress for the operators. My request to the restaurant manager: In case of illnesses, either make a replacement or occupy less tables! This condition was not reasonable for the guests and hurts the restaurant's image enormously. The ambience was nice, the food was good, although the portions for the price were very small and the noodles were served lukewarm. I can't recommend anyone to go there, except there's something going on about the kindness and attention of the operators...

Unbelievable and overthrowing behavior of the owner! Such an aggressive-unharmed behavior has neither experienced my family nor I ever in a restaurant! Unfortunately, the boss has no control and reacts high-grade choleric and rough! This man doesn't seem to know borders. During the adoption, the elbows are still swept into the side, because the passage is not made fast enough free. Absolutely no words for such a miserable behavior! My urgent recommendation is to bypass the restaurant spaciously.

We haven't eaten so much for years. In the first place, Calamari had not only served incorrectly (have a duetto with Vitello Tonnato and Aubergine Röllchen filled with Taleggio Ordered)Becoming have an Italian appetizer,it was not so tasty to the cocked and without any taste seafood and the Aldi Paprika simply trimmed. Why are your Calamaris coming from your bathtub? Conclusion .Not again..........
