Since I was already there, I decided to order food, which turned out to be a big mistake. The food was dry, tough, and cold, and they didn't even provide the sauce I requested. Save your money and don't waste your time!
The ice cream machine was out of order, and there was only one person working at the restaurant, resulting in a long wait time. My Sonic bacon cheeseburger was served with lukewarm patties and cold lettuce straight from the fridge. The employee also overlooked two of my orders, but we opted not to return since there was a long line at the drive-thru. I’ll give them 1 star because the staff member was friendly and I empathized with his situation, but it's clear that this business can't operate effectively with just one person.
They didn’t have any ice cream! On a lovely summer night, it’s disappointing that they don’t serve ice cream. Then, I tried to order a Philly cheesesteak, but the grill was closed. What a letdown!
We don't visit often, but every time we do, the staff is exceptionally friendly and polite. While the food is typical fast food, they offer some fun choices, like tater tots and unique milkshakes. I truly appreciate the professionalism and courtesy of the staff here compared to other fast food places on Staten Island.
The staff is incredibly friendly. Honestly, it's the best customer service I've ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. The corn dogs, shakes, and tater tots are all excellent.
