Avaliação da contribuiçãoSee here?s my issue?. I showed up for the milk went to order the milk? no milk?. I heard it was the finest milk in Georgia , I was informed that drinking this milk would not only increase your life span but it was also equivalent to drinking milk straightfrom the utter on a hot day. I was so excited to try this amazing rare milk. So I sit down, my throat is dry, I?ve beenpreparing for this milk hadn?t had a sip of any liquid for days just so ready to have this amazing rare milk I?ve heard aboutfrom so many trust worthy people. I go to order ? they sold out, they sold out of this amazing milk, so many people from aroundhad come and tried the milk before I had the chance. Look I understand that this is a highly popular item but the amount ofheart break I experienced might not allow me to ever return. The food was great could only rate 4 out of 5 with a clearconscious.
Constructive Criticism Alert!! I wasn't feeling good today so I decided to order breakfast for my family via door dash. My food evidently tipped over and so grits were spilled all over the place. They were bagged with my kids' pancakes and so grits seepedinto their pancakes as well. All the condiments were covered in grits as well. It's obvious that the problem of it not beinghandled with care was a dasher problem, and I complained to DoorDash, but Loc's needs to understand that customers are payingmore not only for the food, but for delivery fees, and tips, so it is partially their responsibility to make sure that foodrepresenting their establishment is sealed and bagged properly to help avoid things like this. I spent $42 on a meal and Doordash refunded me less than $6. I couldn't serve it to my family because I have to assume if that fell over, how do I know if therest didn't? Especially since there was no seal and the bags weren't tied, so it's no telling. So my criticism is that Loc'sshould safety seal delivery food. Tape on the to-go box, tying the bag, being considerate about what is being bagged together. Alittle container of grits maybe needs to be bagged separate from a big box, or consider using bowls with separate lids that canbetter seal. Not saying they serve bad food but the way they bag delivered food needs to be adjusted in my opinion.
We frequent this restaurant often and we are frustrated with the slow and inconsistent kitchen service. While the food is good, the overall service leaves something to be desired.
The prices at this restaurant were quite high, to be honest. The food didn't taste right when I received it, so I didn't finish my meal. I ordered chicken strips and waffles with strawberry butter, while my friend got the supreme omelette. We dined there on Friday morning, and by Saturday I was already feeling unwell. I initially thought it was nothing serious, but then I started experiencing stomach pain, nausea from drinking water, and I couldn't keep anything down. By Monday, I was mostly recovered from my fever and trying to get back to normal. My friend also admitted to spending a lot more time in the bathroom over the weekend than usual. Since this was the only place we both ate at, and considering other reviews mentioning cleanliness issues, I suspect this restaurant is responsible for making us sick. I won't be returning and suggest others to be cautious when dining here.
The service was efficient and the chicken and waffles were delicious. It would have been perfect if the "sweet and spicy syrup" had a bit more heat, but overall it was a great experience.
