Avaliação da contribuiçãoAfter Cheryl and another employee found it funny to be rude to my 17 year old daughter last night by leaving her standing while they smirked and laughed, then leave basically all meat off my sandwich I decided to go back in today and speak to a manager because I’ve been visiting this establishment for years and we’ve never been treated so poorly. Upon coming in the establishment and attempting to speak to the manager I was met with resistance. Carol Riley told me there were “three sides to every story” indicating I was lying. I requested a refund and I was told I had to drive back home and get the sandwich so she “had evidence to show her boss”. I accidentally forgot the sandwich so I drive back home and get the sandwich that was not eaten and return it so she could have the evidence ? how ridiculous, right!. I could tell the manager lacked any training as a true manager. She never apologized for how my child was treated, instead she threw it back at me and somehow made it my child’s fault. So, I asked for the owners name so I could follow up to ensure this would never happen to another child and was told by Carol Riley “she wasn’t allowed to give me the owners name and the owner has requested that she not give out his name that’s why her name is on the door and he didn’t put his name on the door”. The level of unprofessionalism and accountability is astounding at this location. I was in my car leaving and Carol found it necessary to come out to the parking lot and start arguing with me. It didn’t matter what I said to this incompetent manager she had an answer even if it was a lie. ? spare yourselves and avoid this store.
There should be standard weight on how much you put insides on the bread. Been to many Subways and Staunton could use a scale.
They were really skimpy with the meats even though I ordered extra chicken barely got the equivalent of a normal foot long.
My opinion, by far the best location in all of Staunton. I’ve visited of couple of times before work. Never had anything stale or old vegetables on my sandwich. The location seems to be clean. Customer service is a hit or miss.
Usually good, but frustrated that ALL of the subs we ordered (for delivery) arrived with olives, or missing different vegetables. Id reccomend ordering in person.Vegetarian options: Veggie delight is a delight.
