Avaliação da contribuiçãoHad an excellent lunch in the middle of a wonderful day of skiing. Would recommend that everyone does this at least once a year. A well deserved treat and splurge when at Steamboat.
Best dinning on mountain with hazies closed.Sarah was great onion soup or chowder are always favorites
I have never had gratuity auto added at Ragnars and we eat here several times a winter in group sizes of 2-8 During covid we are tipping higher percentage (23-30)but on principal did not as we were not shown our total bill with pass holder discount despite asking for it to confirm the tip was included the waitress said loudly yes it was added at 18% a regular tip for our family is 20% This was by far our poorest “service” experience at Ragnars. Food is always exceptional and that was no different on this day and as we are long time locals and we will continue to dine here as we assume this a one off In fact my daughter and I returned today
Ragnar's offers a unique blend of Northern European cuisine that I find enticing. Dishes that are not offered in many places in the country, including Los Angeles from which I come. There used to be a Scandinavian restaurant in Beverly Hills called Konditorei that offered gravlax and things like that which I much enjoyed, but sadly has disappeared. I will make a definite point of getting a reservation (or two) at Ragnar's as I visit Steamboat in the future.
The Elk Burger was so perfectly cooked at medium rare it has ruined my experiences with other burgers. The pretzel bun it was served on was also fresh, firm, and delicious. I will be returning.
