Hotel du Commerce - Stenay

We first tried to go to the Les Garcons Bouchers on a Thursday evening but it was closed with a sign saying "Restauration" (in English, Restoration, which I think means closed for remodeling which is a euphenism for we went belly up) so we wondered back to the Le Commerce at the Hotel du Commerce.For 17 euros, my sister and her husband had a 10 ounce filet in pepper sauce that was terrific according to them. I ordered the Planchette of Poisson and Fruits de Mers. I received a cast iron pan about an inch and 3/4 deep and twelve inches square overfilled with fish and fruits des mers.I wouldn't hesitate recommending this place.
