Chuck E. Cheese - Stevenson Ranch

I booked my son's birthday party here today and thought it was easy and stress-free. Boy I was wrong!!! At first we sat and the table was not even fully furnished. We bought the most expensive package and honestly it was a huge waste of money. About 30-45 min the pizzas started to come. Two pizzas and we ordered 6. There were 20 hungry people. It took an hour to feed my guests. It took an hour to bring us plates. I always had to go back and forth and ask for our food. It was embarrassing. When the time had come to sing the birthday dance, the two employees who helped Chuck E whisper to each other and laugh what was extremely rude. Our package also included leak bags and dip and dot ice, which I had to remember after the end of our two-hour window. We waited for over 30 minutes to spend our points because they were heavily understated. It was a joke and my family and I would never come back here again. The staff has no training and doesn't know what they are? That's all.

My daughter loves this place, but can't get over how expensive the food is. This location is clean.

Great place to take the kids for a fun when it's too hot to be out. Staff are very welcoming, tables and floor as well as games, toilets and cash registers / price switches are always clean, the food (pizza! is delicious.. and it is rarely crowded so that you and the family have plenty of time with all games! Love it, can't wait to go back!!

Food was good, children had fun, food came fast (professional) but let disappointed about the lack of customer service at the counter and front generally due to short employees. We went out without someone checking the hand stamps to validate us and our children, which was our greatest concern.

Pizza was actually better than the other locations I have visited. Good for you kids. Btw I beat my friend at the games ?
