Lift Bridge Brewing Company

We had been looking forward to visiting this brewery for some time and finally stopped by for a beer flight before heading to Hudson. The beer selection was impressive, with a variety of IPAs and fruity options to try. I had always assumed that Liftbridge was located near downtown Stillwater, but it is actually tucked away behind Perkins and Acapulco along Hwy 36. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they had TouchTunes, allowing me to enjoy some of my favorite music while sipping on delicious drinks. I was expecting the location to be larger, given the reputation Liftbridge has built for itself.

I have visited this restaurant once and thoroughly enjoyed the tap room. I have tried several of their beers and my favorite was the Coconut Porter because it had a strong coconut flavor.

The Mango Blonde beer at this restaurant is fantastic! They have a lovely patio with picnic tables for outdoor seating, and the indoor tap room offers a view of the brewing operations through a large window.

Been to Lift Bridge a few times now as a pre-game to Downtown Stillwater. It's a good spot if you're looking to enjoy a brew without dealing with the parking and hectic-ness of the Riverfront. A small, cozy tasting room welcomes you with a few tables, a decent size beer menu, and some snacks. Nothing to write home about, but has some good character to it. We've never had any issues with service: friendly, helpful, and timely. Beer Menu is pretty good. I had the Dunkel and enjoyed it, however, my boyfriend did not really enjoy the Berry Blonde. It oddly tasted bitter, almost like a setzer. Known for their Mini Donut Beer and other State Fair favorites, I wish they kept those creative brews around all year. Worth a stop if you've never been!!

This is my second time coming here and it's because I love the ambience, the good prices, good beer and friendly staff. It's a great place to hang out with friends. I tried a flight of Warden Stout, Fireside Flannel and Commander and they all were really tasty. They have snacks such as pretzels, popcorn and a meat and cheese plate.
