The staff is very nice. I knew what I wanted, but didn't know where it was, and a nice polite employee helped me find it and gave me all the information I needed. She even pointed out what would be best for me. After consulting from what best I got the product that was perfect for me and I got a second box for 1p! I've never been a barret shop in a Holland and I'm so glad that today I was the staff amazingly polite and very helpful. I just hope to see a result in my hair burst capsules soon. I would definitely go back and definitely try other products from there.

Staff have little knowledge about the products sold there. Selling in such a place, the employee should know more about the product, and not only the indication that this product is from another manufacturer. after checking it turns out that the difference between the products is very large.
