Restaurant serves a captive audience in the Alton Towers hotel. Menu is overpriced and service is poor, however, food was of a good quality and the staff were friendly.
I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. All four of our dishes were small and of poor quality. The staff appeared to be poorly trained and the prices were excessive. My husband is now on his way to the supermarket because we are still hungry.
Awful! I’ve honestly had a lot better food in Wetherspoons where it’s 2 for £10. Food was luke warm and costs premium prices, sent food back as it was cold, and a new one came back burnt. We were that hungry in the end we ate what we could. Hate complaining generally, but this is woefully bad, and you’re expected to pay high prices!
I visited with my family of girlfriend and two children and found a restaurant with very few people, no atmosphere and very average food to be kind. My children have a good appetite but did not want to eat the slop served to them. For the price I paid, I’d expect something considerably better than the food we received. Night two and most definitely not eating there again. Not recommended unless you fancy paying premium prices for very average food.
