When I asked if I could upgrade to a large Cajun rice for just an extra dollar, she told me that changes weren't allowed. This was not a good display of customer service. I then requested to speak with her directly, but she refused. As a result, I will not be coming back as a customer.
What can I say, I absolutely love that chicken! The wait is much more bearable when you have gas in your car. They're always ready to provide extra options for you... and they've got hot sauce on standby!
At the Redan Rd. location, the customer service felt more like a bad comedy act than a pleasant dining experience. Both managers were confronted with overly personal questions. My apple cake was taken off my order by the female manager, and I ended up waiting another ten minutes for it. Throughout that time, she never made eye contact and didn't even speak, despite standing right there. Things only went downhill from there. To top it all off, the chicken was undercooked.

When I finally reached the ordering point, I was put on hold for another five minutes before anyone took my order. Upon reaching the window to pay and pick up my food, I overheard a young employee swearing about how much he disliked working there. This was not just a slip-up—he repeated his frustrations multiple times, and his coworkers seemed oblivious. I could hear every word from my spot at the window. After leaving, I tried to call and speak to a manager, but nobody answered despite my repeated attempts. Eventually, someone picked up but quickly hung up on me. When I called back, they did the same thing again before going back to ignoring my calls completely. What worries me the most is the quality of the employees—they clearly had no idea how to manage a drive-thru or engage with customers properly. This all took place between 6:00 and 7:00 PM on November 1, 2022, and it’s clear that this location needs some serious management oversight. Now, I'm left questioning whether my food was prepared hygienically and handled properly. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at any fast food drive-thru! Those employees and whoever manages this establishment need to be addressed.
