Dunkin' - Stoneham

This location has a despicable employee. I was waiting in line for my coffee when I young woman was coming in for her interview and asked the older woman with long gray hair at the counter where to go/what to do. That employee was condescending, disrespectful, and instead of helping or getting a manger, she decided to yell at this poor girl (who was incredibly respectful this entire time). Even another employee audibly said damn, lighten up she 's just a kid . That 's not how you treat another human being. Plus they got my coffee wrong at the end of all this but the hash browns were amazing. Never going to this Dunks again. I hope that older woman with the long gray hair gets fired.

I stopped coming here about a year ago and switched to Honey Dew. I've ordered every morning for the past week and only reinforced why I won't be coming here anymore.5 visits with the same order. Med hot regular, a donut and an order of hash browns. Added a different item to the order everyday to see how the food holds up.Received my donut on 2 of 5 trips.5/5 orders of hash browns were extremely soggy. 2 were at least warm. It seems they make 5-10 orders at a time, package them and throw them in a warmer. You might get lucky and order when they're making a fresh batch. I haven't been. Snacking bacon was a greasy mess. I received a generous mound of bacon in a bag filled with bacon fat. While warm, not one piece had any crisp to it. Padded it down with napkins and ended up throwing most of it away.The stuffed bagel bites were actually very good. Served warm and with just the right amount of cream cheese. Very filling and reasonably priced.English muffin toasted with butter as also filling and not terribly expensive. Hot coffee was pretty bad on all of my visits. I was able to stomach 2/5 ordered but none were any good. I've grown up drinking dunks hot coffee. Very watery and little flavor.Not coming back after my recent trips back. I've got almost 2000 points worth of dunks rewards. Can I give these away?

Every day I order the same thing using the to go app. By the time I leave LA Fitness in the morning, they have my order ready and but most days it takes a while. Usually when I ask after waiting 10 minutes for my order the guy gets all snappy and says they have a lot of order to go, ok I get it. Today my slip sat on the counter for 10 minutes. People are coming and going. I see they are ignoring my order, so I asked reluctantly if my order was ready. The women pulled my breakfast wrap from a draw and said here it is. How would I have known my order is in the draw? How hard can it be to work at Dunkin and use common sense. You don 't hide a order. She said it was waiting a while, but it took me less than five minutes to get there. How hard can it be?
