This was not communicated to us beforehand, which was disappointing. Additionally, the two Sonic kids cheeseburgers we ordered came with cold and unappetizing tots instead of fries. Furthermore, one of the cheeseburgers lacked cheese altogether, requiring us to request a remake. When we asked for mustard, as requested in the app, it was initially overlooked. Overall, this experience lacked clear communication and left much to be desired.
When we got to sonic we had to keep pushing the Button to order.. the guy came outside and says that the wires inside the box maybe messed up and just make sure the red button keeps flashing in order to do the order… we then go to order and the guy on the other end never asked us what sizes or drinks or sides we wanted for our food… we needed to tell me after the order was taken.. food came out fairly quickly which is a good thing cause most times we wait forever on coney dog night… my husband who ordered onion rings and 2 coney dogs asked for ketchup and the male who brought us our order said our manager forgot to order ketchup…. How do you forgot to order ketchup and a fast food restaurant… so then he went and asked them is there a way I can get a cup on the side in which they brought us one and said our manager told me only one cup as we are running low… so disappointed on how these Sonic’s are becoming and how they are being managed.

Ordered burgers and tots on the app. Still took 30 min to get out food.
It's always a hit and miss when I come here, lukewarm tots, my drink is incorrect. It takes forever to get your food. What is the point of ordering from the app, the app is supposed to make the process faster.
