Pizza Hut - Storm Lake

I 'm not one to review, but this place deserves my time. As all the other reviews state about rudeness, poor staff, not having dough , ect... I can verify it 's true. Even after many people said not to go, I decided to make my own judgment. First time I went was good, so I went a second and that wasn 't great I blamed the staff gave it another shot and it got even worse. Not only did I have to go threw a call center to order pizza they were out of everything, I was over charged, customer service doesn 't exist. And the pizza was doughy, so I had to finish cooking both pizzas in my oven.

Never any crust in stock lady at counter and on phone always rude. They deliver to wrong house and when asked about it the lady got so rude

Had all but given up on ever eating at a Pizza Hut. Then we moved to Storm Lake, IA area. Wanted pizza for dinner and The Hut is one of two places to choose from. So...we bit the bullet. So glad we did! The pizza was very good, it was ready exactly when I asked for it to be, the order was spot on correct, and the counter-server volunteered to carry my order to my car (I use a cane to walk). We'll be back to this Hut!

Very underwhelming to day the least. It was over and undercooked at the same time. Couldn't hold the pizza it was floppy. Yet pepperoni was burnt. Not enough cheese.

Ordered a pizza for delivery and the lady on the phone is super rude. It’s been an hour and still nothing called and she just hang up the phone on me
