The Bruce - Stratford

The Bruce is in a great location-convenient to both the Tom Patterson and Festival Theaters.But it feels like an out-of-the way place...the grounds are beautiful with lots of benches to just sit and enjoy a book or your companion with a glass of wine. Best of all, the service is impeccable. All of the staff- from the front desk to the housekeeping staff to the restaurant staff-were responsive to our every request, sometimes even before we finished expressing it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We experienced a stunning, creative, and beautifully plated meal at The Bruce. The dining room had a light and polished ambiance, accompanied by our professional, attentive, and kind server Sophie. Thank you to all of the staff manager for a wonderful evening!

We have stayed here a few times over the years and have enjoyed ourselves on each visit. The staff is super friendly and helpful, the grounds are beautiful and very well kept, and it offers a bit of peace and quiet on the edge of downtown. The illuminated balls that appear on the lawn some evenings are a whimsical touch that we love.

Went for a girls weekend to see a couple plays in Stratford and had the pleasure of staying at The Bruce Hotel. From the minute we arrived we experienced nothing but luxury, friendly, cheerful, staff, beautiful hotel rooms and delicious food. The attention to detail was phenomenal. Turn down service was lovely with everything we would expect and more. We had a cookie for each of us. The slippers awaited us at each of our beds. We even received bookmarks for the books we were reading. And I can’t forget the cookie hotline. Pick up the phone to request cookies and you’ll have a cookies in a few minutes. Totally awesome!!! I cannot praise this hotel and its staff enough. I wish I could give it more than five stars, and we will certainly return back to this luxury hotel.

The grounds and art work along with the costumes added so much and the restaurant was outstanding. Location was so convenient.
