Avaliação da contribuiçãoWe have been eating here over many years. Not the best indian food place. Student staff do not seem to care.
We have eaten at this restaurant a few times previously but our last visit found the service was very poor and the attitude of staff bordered on rude even challenging me when I asked for 2 wine glasses for a BYO wine because I already had a beer on the table. The food is reasonable but not great. Maybe we were their on a bad night as the place wasn't busy but will probably give it a miss in the future.
We dined here as a group of 4, so we were able to sample a wide variety of dishes from the extensive menu. We experienced friendly, attentive service and very tasty food. The chicken vindaloo was especially hot and spicy which I would recommend for diners who like their food to be chilli hot. The dishes are reasonably priced and nicely presented. The restaurant itself is small but cosy. The best way to try the wide selection of dishes is to go with a small group of people so that you can share and try new dishes. We really enjoyed the whole dining experience at a local urban eatery.
The food was very tasty as we ordered an apricot lamb and beef korma and the service was quick however there was no inviting, atmosphere vibe so my partner and I ate and left within an hour.
We went here with a coupon not sure what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised. The waiter was very helpful, and the curries were authentic and tasty. I am Indian so I understand a good curry from a poor curry and the curries here were great! Looking at the menu, the prices were very reasonable as well. We will definitely be back for more! A definite recommendation!
