Dobre Food Catering - Strathmore

Extremely disappointed with our experience. We recently organized an event and ordered 400 portions of food for approximately 300 attendees. There was a significant discrepancy between the ordered quantities and what was actually provided.Not only did we receive fewer portions than expected, but the quality of the food was also subpar. The turkey arrived cold, and the mashed potatoes, which were left over, were burnt and had a disturbing sour taste. Furthermore, it was disheartening to discover that some of the leftover food we had paid for was taken away by Dobre's staff without our consent, and to make matters worse, the leftover turkey that remained had gone sour.In addition to the food issues, they seemed ill-equipped and unprepared, lacking essential items such as extension cords. There were evident concerns regarding the overall staffing level, which impacted the smooth running of our event.Overall, our experience with Dobre Food Catering was highly unsatisfactory. We expected better service, especially considering the significant investment we made for our event. We would caution others against using this catering service unless significant improvements are made in both quantity control and food quality, as well as staff preparedness and professionalism.

I would 100 percent recommend Dobre food and catering! Great value, yummy food and professional service. My food was delivered on time, everything was delicious and the portions were great. We ordered a turkey dinner for two and had enough for lunch the next day! The price was very reasonable and will definitely order from Dobre again! ?
