McDonald's - Strathroy

When we crossed the border in Sarnia and wanted to travel a bit further into Canada before stopping for coffee, we came across this McDonald's - the first one we saw after the border. It's not right off the highway, which is a downside, but it was a friendly spot with the typical menu options.

Food is McDonalds basic menu. Found staff friendly and the place was clean.With a standard menu, this is the best you can hope for.I miss the breakfast menu of past. Preferred the sausage and eggs but only saw the breakfast sandwiches.Met some friendly locals here.Good news for some of us, this location will soon have a fast charging station for electric cars. This will mean I will stop here in the future. This was my first time here. Thanks for getting the charger, McDonalds.

It has all the latest features, the service is quick, and I have no had any drive through orders messed up here. Always fast and friendly. I can't take away points for anything that I can think of.

While McDonalds are all run with corporate guidelines, this Mickey D's has very friendly and personalble staff. I ordered a Quarter Pounder with Cheese and a Poutine along with a soft drink. Service was fast and friendly. The food cooked properly and served promptly.

I have enjoyed taking my grandchildren here. What kid doesn't know the Golden Arches, great marketing. I can't say I like the food but it is what it is, a hamburger! Definitely a quick meal when traveling. My husband still loves the fries.
