McDonald's - Strathroy

Went through the drive through, and the girl was on the phone when I was passed my order. Got home and it wasn't even my order. Went back and they didn't even offer anything for the mix up.

The Strathroy Ontario MacDonalds has got to be one of the worst in the country. In the past 30 days they have got 4 of our takeout orders wrong. We live 14 kms from this restaurant, it's not worth the gas to drive back, we either eat what was given or throw it out. On Sept 26 2013 they did it again so I drove back to the store to let them know , this is consistently really bad. While in line a lady came in with her MacDonalds bag in hand, so I asked her if her order was wrong. She ordered 4 Big Macs, and got home to find only 2 in the bag. As we waited in line she recognized a lady leaving and asked her if she got her order corrected. Apparently her order was wrong twice in the same sale.

Food is McDonalds basic menu. Found staff friendly and the place was clean.With a standard menu, this is the best you can hope for.I miss the breakfast menu of past. Preferred the sausage and eggs but only saw the breakfast sandwiches.Met some friendly locals here.Good news for some of us, this location will soon have a fast charging station for electric cars. This will mean I will stop here in the future. This was my first time here. Thanks for getting the charger, McDonalds.

It has all the latest features, the service is quick, and I have no had any drive through orders messed up here. Always fast and friendly. I can't take away points for anything that I can think of.

I have enjoyed taking my grandchildren here. What kid doesn't know the Golden Arches, great marketing. I can't say I like the food but it is what it is, a hamburger! Definitely a quick meal when traveling. My husband still loves the fries.
