Dig Doug's Bbq - Streator

Best brisket I have ever had. Favorite sandwich is the 50/50. The only thing I would change is thicker buns to stand up to the sandwiches a bit better and i wouldn't even consider that a complaint more of a personal preference.

Very good food. Ribs are excellent. Sauces are awesome. Having a hard time deciding what one I like the best. Service was great. Definitely will be a go to place .

We ordered the slider sampler and loaded nachos with the brisket. Delicious!!!! I highly suggest this establishment to everyone! Streator is blessed to have them transfer from Ottawa. I especially loved the menu that included a Pluto entree! The staff was pleasant and patient with all the questions people were asking. Good luck Doug and your staff glad to have you here!

As owner of a 22-year-old charcoal/wood smoker, I can only say that this meat is perfectly smoked to my taste. The smokey aroma on the way home was mouthwater. The Brisket dinner is big enough that I had leftovers also the bag of the frits are awesome. The ribs are tender with large wort. The baked beans remind me of Big John's beans and fixins from the seventies only better. The homemade sauces are delicious I tried the horseradish with the brisket and the hot sauce with the ribs that no one needed. And the burgers are huge and juicy. My smoker will use less... I can't wait to try something else next time.

I went there for the first time because McDonald's passage was secured. At least I knew there was a window in the Dig Dougs. Waiting was less than 5min and eating was 1000x better! Brisket was amazing... recommend You this place very much!
