Mcdonald's - Streetsboro

Simply order 2 double Cheeseburger price meals medium-sized with drinks. When I paid, I noticed that women looked as high as hell. Then I had a car in front of me in the car. A woman started Hollerin over cold pommes and wanted new ones, they asked them to move forward. I then moved up and got my food, both orders were cold and they gave me small frits instead of medium. My daughter had to go to work so I didn't have to stop and complain. I'm hungry, so I decided to eat it anyway. These Pommes and these Cheeseburgers were not cold, they were old, it was so terrible! I used to have cold McDonalds and could eat it. I couldn't eat it. It was the worst McDonald I ever had in my life 41) I'll order NIE again!

I went in with low expectations for a McDonald's meal. After all, it’s just what it is—something we all love to hate and keep coming back to, like moths to a flame. Today, when my little one asked for some fries, the ones I got for myself turned out to be surprisingly delicious. Maybe this McDonald's has changed their fry oil, or perhaps they just care more about quality. Whatever the reason, I definitely enjoyed it!

The customer service was lacking, as I was informed of an incorrect price displayed in the window.

I've never had issues placing orders here, but they seem to have specific days and hours when the dining room is open. Additionally, when the dining room is open, all orders must be placed at a kiosk, which means no cash transactions are accepted, and that can be a bit frustrating. The app I usually use to place my order often gives me trouble, especially when I reach the payment step; it tends to freeze or just stop working altogether. Overall, it's a frustrating experience.
