Buffalo Wild Wings - Strongsville

I visited the restaurant during playoff football games. It wasn't very crowded, but the service was extremely slow. I ordered the nachos, which were disappointing. I left feeling tired and unsatisfied.

I visited this restaurant on Sunday to watch football and enjoy some wings. I sat at the bar and received excellent service. The wings (Teriyaki, lemon pepper dry rub, and mild) were plump and delicious.

The food was alright but service was slow and minimal. The wait for everything made me feel like I’d entered a different time zone entirely, including for the bill. If they’d brought me a little pillow and blanket so that I could take a nap in the 30 minutes between when I finished my food and when they finally got around to bringing me my bill, it would have been perfect. This location is very concerned about running the vacuum in the middle of service, we love a clean floor, but apparently bussing tables isn’t as important. Which is fine because there wasn’t really anybody else at the restaurant, but also confusing because it seemed like we only saw our waitress in 45 minute intervals.

I would love it even more if you could tell me your covering the boxing match this coming Saturday 8/3.
