The food was lovely but service was terrible. We were a large group celebrating a birthday but the restaurant was fairly empty at 6.30pm. By the time our food came out 50 minutes after ordering, the kids were starving. After dinner, we asked to see the dessert menu which was provided after waiting another 15 minutes, but then no one came to collect our order for another 35 minutes. By then it was so late for the kids, we decided we didn't want to wait potentially another half an hour for desserts to appear. Our plates were never taken away. We didn't leave til gone 9pm. Such a shame as the food was lovely and tasty and we also had a 40% off voucher so our meal and a drink only cost £15pp. Wheelchair accessibility: Spaces are just outside the front door and it's all level thresholds. There is ramp access to the salad bar.

We love this harvester. We come regularly and love the quality of food for the price. It’s always kept very clean and such a homely feel especially now with their Christmas decs! We love it! The staff are so lovely- every single one! Our last visit we were looked after by Casey who is so sweet and patient and we hope to see her next time we visit : Kid-friendliness: Staff are so friendly to children and my daughter loves their ‘biz y’ book!! Always keeps her happy and off the iPad! Xxx
