Avaliação da contribuiçãoAwful. Just awful. Ordering from the kiosk makes things even worse. The people behind the counter never look at the slips. 25 minutes to get some munchkin's using the kiosk. NO drive thru. Small parking lot and many people park where you're notsuppose to and they go the wrong way around the lot. Every time we try this place something is always wrong. The kiosk, theparking, my favorite was when they had NO coffee, equipment broken, no toaster ovens and then they close early in the day.
This is more of a review on how the Fiskdale Dunkin updates their app, an app they rigorously promote. I have found that at this location on their app they don?t update what products are available or not. More times than not, something I had order isusually unavailable, and I?m notified when I arrive to grab my order and go, not prior. Since this location does not have adrive-thru I?d utilize the app as it?s suppose to be easier and quicker and I don?t have to interact with the unpleasant olderfemale employee. Again, this review is more on the app and how employees choose or not to update it. At Fiskdale Dunkin if youorder ahead, there?s a very high chance you won?t get what you ordered.
The room was clean, but unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect of my stay. The bed was quite uncomfortable and lumpy, and the pillows were no better. The Keurig coffee maker in the room didn’t function properly. Additionally, by 9 AM, there was hardly any food left in the breakfast area.
I paid around $2 for an apple fritter, but when I got it home, I was disappointed to find it was only the size of a regular donut. I expected it to be larger, as they typically come as a specialty pastry.
I absolutely love the renovations! They make the place feel much more inviting. The staff are very friendly, and I’m really enjoying my new cups.
