Avaliação da contribuiçãoI don't like complaining, but people, we came here twice in three months, and that was not great. we are a young family, 31,31,2,1 and we waited 40-60 minutes to get food. it's really hard to keep children busy so long. when we were served, the food was burned hot lamp. the eggs and the meat were so dry, there was little moisture left. there were also a few substitutions that had to be made last minute, because the employees realized options we ordered were not available after we have already ordered. we always had a great service, but I feel like whoever she has to go in the kitchen. perkins was always a favorite of me in my 20s. Eating was hearty, tasty and fast a good ding after a night in university. I don't think I can bring my family back in good faith, it seems like a bit of a mess at that point, and I get it, I'm just a customer who writes it, but I can't be the only one out there. we have paid our bill and 15 % as usual, but we feel a bit robbed. we have also tried to write them on their company website, but since they are a first line US-based company, it requires a 5-digit zip code, so that the formula will never submit even if we leave the option empty or create a zip code.
I stay at the travel lodge next to the perkins, I ordered a garnelen speck pasta, when I went to the restaurant today and into my room I felt like the box little on the light side. When I came to the room, I opened it and eating looked good, but I knew the original weight it could be on the light side. the crunchy brokkoli and quantity garnel and speck in the pasta was a plus, the pasta was a portion size of a child meal. when they buy an dinner for 20 dollars, they expect it not to fill a appetizer. overall, if they made it a dinner with more pasta, then the dish is amazing. I was hungry and didn't get to make a picture. in any case, a 4 stars would have given if they had added more pasta.
The staff and eating were fantastic, but the dinning room is very down!
I worked here for three days and they fired me because I didn't have a car. I took the bus, I was never too late. it was like six years ago, but I was just thinking about it and was filled with hates. I fired to do my best. we live in a society. lol
Eggs in Eggs Benedict were fried, my husband ordered an Omelette and something not even close came out. He sent it back and when we asked for the bill it came out. I shared my breakfast with him so he had something to eat. I had to get up from the table and grab our utensils from behind the bar, which I felt weird doing post pandemic, but we all had our food and had nothing to eat with for 5 minutes and it was getting cold. Found out they had a kids menu when paying, would have been nice to know when we were ordering. Overall a bad visit.
