Kfc -  Sudbury,

The chicken was warm but slightly oily. The fries were hot but overly salty, so I had to dispose of them.

My father just celebrated his 65th birthday at this restaurant. It was disappointing that they no longer offer the potato salad, but overall it was a great experience. We ended up receiving more dipping sauces than we expected, which was a pleasant surprise.

I ordered 2 meal combo's, drove home and when I opened the bag I only had 1 meal. I called to complain and I was told that when she handed me the bag she had said what was in the bag. I said maybe you did but I did not understand you. I was then told to order online next time. Terrible customer service. Mary Brown's for me next time. I will never go back to KFC

I don’t know why their chicken is always salty. I am not a big fan of KFC. I barely order from KFC just because I can’t tolerate that much salt. But this time I liked the gravy popcorn chicken. The honey mustard was awesome.

The chicken pieces at this restaurant have significantly decreased in size since 5 years ago, and the skin was not crispy, but rather mushy. Additionally, I had a coupon that I received in the mail, but they refused to accept it because the cashier couldn't figure out how to enter it into the system. I will never be returning to KFC.
