Pizza Hut - Suffolk

Order on the line and waited 15 minutes after the delivery time to call and find out where the pizza was just to find out that there was no trolley. then said oh we tried to call in common, while there weren't any messing up or making calls to my phone. reordered the pizza came to pick it up after they said 20 min still wait and extra 30 min almost an entire hour. this place has always problems and problems!

My pizza was left outside by the driver. He never knocked to let us know he dropped it off and I have no idea how long it sat in the cold but my food was so cold you would think it was left I’m the refrigerator over night. This is completely unacceptable, I paid 45 for food so cold it was disgusting, I will not be ordering from Pizza Hut every Shaun which is a shame as they are the only place that delivered to my house??

I understand the resurant was busy and it took over an hour and half to get my pizza. After I recived them, the stuffed crustdough was super tuff almost like rubber. Also the pan pizza I paid extra for was now pan it was hand tossed. I also asked for extra sauce and a cheese shaker and did not get EITHER.For over $40 I was not satisfied with my order.

I received an incorrect pizza with my order. I did a coupon for a specialty and a 1 piece. I did this coupon twice and my husband picked up our pizzas and didn’t reAlize. I had a party at my house so once I could I tried to call and sat on hold for a while and had to go. Disappointed that my order was not as it was supposed to be and I got a cheaper pizza when I paid for more expensive

Our pizza was undercooked. The pepperoni was tossed on top and not cooked into the cheese. The cheese sticks were also very doughy. Seemed like they took the pizzas out of the oven too early. Very disappointed being that we order from this store all the time.
