Stone cold chips twice that had obviously been an attemptto re-heat with cold grease all on them. Fish so tiny and dry . Was going to take them back but seen owner smoking outside so just gave up and promised never to return. waste of money and time.Far better places around. NO PPI whatsoever .

I have visited this restaurant four times in the past year because it's convenient to where I live. However, I should learn from my past experiences. The portion sizes can vary drastically - sometimes the large fish is very small under a thick layer of batter. Additionally, the quality can be inconsistent and the food overly greasy. I will make a mental note to remember this for next time and consider visiting a different restaurant nearby instead.

I ordered two meals for delivery during the Coronavirus lockdown and was impressed with both the food and service on both occasions. I tried the chicken burger meal, which included two nice chicken breasts, a generous portion of chips, and a drink. The delivery was prompt and the food arrived hot. Despite expecting the food to be a bit greasy, it was surprisingly not greasy at all. Initially, we only ordered from this restaurant because it was the only place open near our village outside of Woodbridge. However, I can now confidently say that this will be our new go-to spot for fish and chips when we're in the mood for a tasty meal.
