Panera Bread - Sugar Land

Good food and service. We arrived at 8:25 and it seemed like they were closed. My husband asked for a bagel, but there was nothing available. We noticed a plastic bag full of bagels sitting on the counter. Someone said they were for donation. It does not seem to be a good business practice not to have available for payment by guests. On the other hand, my Turkish avocado sandwich was delicious.

Good experience as a whole. I ordered through the kiosk as there was a long line. The food came out pretty fast. It was pretty busy today, I had to run a bit around to find a place with a plug for my computer. For some reason, the Wifi didn't work. I had to use the hotspot from my cell. If you're looking for where you work with good Wi-Fi, I wouldn't come here. The food was delicious as usual. Bathroom was okay, not terrible, not too clean. Parking was quite packed, but again it seemed like it was a busy morning today.

We've been in Panera for over a decade. Eating is always good. This particular location was not neat and clean, and it seemed that they only few employees compared with customers on Saturday.

Good food disappoints, though that she sells 90% of the time from Kitchen Sink Cookie when I go.
