Maloney's Pub - Summersville

Our family loves Maloney's !!! We've been coming here for years

Have never ate here before. I heard it was good so I went to try it. We waited about 10-15 to get seated and never did so we seated ourselves. Another 10-15 min never got waited on. There were only 2 other tables. The waitress was too busy with the boys to wait on us. She kept looking straight at us but never helped us. Maybe if we would have been a guy she would have served us. Ridiculous.

Lovely deck. The server was super friendly helpful. My husband's steak was delicious, but his potato wasn't fully cooked and my burger was meh. Great atmosphere though and really nice service.

The best food item on the menu at a pub should be fish and chips . That fish and chips are absolutely disgusting. Undercooked in old oil, mushy breading, and barely any fish. A place like this should be using fresh fish hand dipped in homemade batter. And who serves fish and chips but doesn't have malt vinegar, at a pub of all places. The servers were extremely friendly and the drinks were cold. It's a cute place and I'm sure the live music is great. Doubt I will ever eat here again though.

Bar food was frozen heat and serve. Beers were cold. A bit overpriced.
