Avaliação da contribuiçãoFood was great, so was the sweet tea. Interesting that they put the salad on the plate rather than a separate bowl. Only thing, the bathrooms needed stocking with basics like soap so you can wash your hands.
This is my second time coming here after ordering curbside and my order being “lost” or “not in the system” and I have to wait at least 10 minutes before even receiving assistance (both times I’ve had to call in . This time I’m particularly upset because instead of my order being cancelled and refunded it was rushed and not prepared correctly. Pictured is what is suppose to be a chicken caesar salad (slimy and sloppy w/ four slimy pieces of chicken??? and a McAlister’s club (which is clearly missing bacon .
I got the nacho basket. The nacho sauce was barely warm, it had already started to chunk up. My husband got a potato that wasn’t even warm enough to melt the butter. We’ve never been disappointed with this restaurant until today.
I normally give detailed reviews. For this brand deli, though, it will be short because it's just that simple: if you like deli food you are going to really like some of McAlister's offerings. They have not only several categories of food, but a fairly good variety of items per category. Soups, salads, sandwiches, and what is probably their signature on the menu, the spud (half or whole large-sized baked potatoes with again a wide variety of toppings. I am a former non-managerial employee of another McAlister's location from many years ago, but I have no financial interest in this company since then. It just means I ate this menu daily and I never tired of it. I do have one quirk regarding lunchtime restaurants. A proper sweet tea is the gateway to a great menu and this deli does not fail you there. Great sweet tea is served here. When I worked there, the lemonade was made from scratch from lemons. If it still is, you can take the promise of perfectly tart and sweet lemonade to the bank, ok?
30 dollar lunch. Unbelievable horrible experience. I have been here at least 50 times. They never get our nachos correct, no matter how we tell them. Today beats all. The service was horrible. The guy going around seemed dazed and confused. The plates were filthy. The blt was like rubber. The pickle was old. The soup was burnt. Had to get our own refills. My wife didnt even eat her salad. We didn't finish anything on our plates. Terrible experience. The place has lost its touch. Might be out last trip. Update 2023: well we just went back after 5 years hoping to see a change. I have to say there is a management issue. Especially if you read all the other reviews. We are probably done for good. And if you like onions, then these potatoes are for you. Not so much for me though. So sad.
