Rio Chico Mexican - Summerville

We have been coming here for years, since we moved to Cane Bay 5 years ago. We have never had any issues with service or their food. It's good standard Mexican restaurant fare. My favorite is probably the enchiladas and I love their queso dipping cheese. Today I had the lunch chicken fajitas with a strawberry margarita. Everything was good and we left full and happy

I ordered the Asada Enchiladas and my wife got the Ceviche. My wife enjoyed the Ceviche. The enchiladas were okay. They were a bit dry, but sufficient. However, the service was excellent and very fast! I would go back, but I would probably order something different.
