I frequently visit this restaurant and utilize the app to place my order for pickup. The only issue I encounter when I come here is that the smoothies could benefit from being blended for a longer period to eliminate the small ice cubes. While this doesn't happen consistently, it can be bothersome when it does occur. Additionally, I sometimes find myself longing for certain seasonal menu items that are no longer available. Despite these minor setbacks, the staff is friendly, the atmosphere is clean, and many employees are dedicated to working morning shifts and closing duties.
I received excellent service this morning from two wonderful individuals at the restaurant. The person who made my smoothies and the kind gentleman at the window were very kind and considerate. This was some of the best service I have ever experienced and they truly deserve a promotion. Thank you for a great experience on 1/9/2024.
I just went through the worst experience with this place. The smoothie was a cup of ice with some ingredients thrown in to where a straw was pointles and the flat bread sandwich wasn't what I ordered or even close to it. Who is managing these kids . What makes it even worst was that I tipped them good. What a joke. Don't waste your time.
It’s been a couple years since I last visited this location. I will say the reviews on Yelp were about to deter me but one in particular stated it was under new ownership. So I took that mean since I’d last lived in the area the place had gone down on service and satisfaction. I was here when it first opened and service and satisfaction were about a 3.5-4 star mostly because they were super slow with orders and would get them wrong at times. This time while the customer service could be a bit more welcoming and idk happy and grateful to be employed in these times I am completely satisfied with the fresh food and smoothie. Both were fresh both were neatly packaged and filled. The young lady at the drive was nice but I know she could do much better. When being the first point of contact for customers it’s important to be pleasing because that voice and attitude kinda determines the energy of the food. I will say it was a good 4 star visit for me for today. Go new owners! Continue training employees on greetings pleasant demeanor and removal of gloves directly after food handling before touching registers and window. That’s all! Y’all give them another chance now.
