Firehouse Subs Sumter

The sandwich I usually order was quite tough this time. I brought it to the manager's attention, and she explained that they had just switched to a new slicer, which was cutting the meat too thick. I requested a replacement with a different type of meat, and she gladly agreed. Not only did she upgrade me from a medium to a large sandwich, but she also brought it right to my table when it was ready. It was delicious, and I really enjoyed my dinner!

This is my second time visiting, and the customer service is excellent, along with the food. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is that the tea isn't very good.

This restaurant can be quite unpredictable. Sometimes the service is quick and the food is excellent, while other times you find yourself waiting a long time for cold food.

Eat is good, but don't go here if they're crunchy on a time. you better go to the load and put the sandwich together

I really love the friendly atmosphere that the staff provides. The subs are affordable and awesome. Great job Firehouse!!!
