Papa Johns Pizza - Sumter

The pizza was so cheesey and fresh. I have never seen a pizza out of a commercial until now.

Ill never order again. Called and found out they have out sourced the incoming call ordering to people overseas. Meanwhile we have people right here in town that would love to have that job. Wow shame on you Papa John's Pizza!

This is the $21 pizza I just got from Papa Johns on N. Guignard in Sumter. I ordered large thin crust with beef, pepperoni, and extra cheese. I got about 12 pepperoni slices and 6-7 crumbles of beef. This is nothing short of a rip off.

It’s takin 3 hours to deliver a pizza a mile from motel on a Monday I’m in shock I wasn’t told that until I called back and had paid for it

Placed an order at 5:15, said order would take 2 hrs. Called at the 2 hr mark, and they hadn’t even started it yet. Three hour mark approaches and I call them again. Owner seemed annoyed and said it’s on his way. Was about to call and cancel order at the 3 hr and ten minute mark of waiting, when the driver shows up. I mentioned I was going to cancel, and relayed the fact that I ordered over three hours ago to which he replies “That long?! We weren’t even that busy!”Not a very good experience.
